Online reputation
Online reputation management for local businesses
Reputation is not a star rating. It is the pattern across hundreds of reviews: what people praise, what they complain about, and whether anyone answers. Ratingly helps you respond consistently and shows you the pattern in plain language.

01
Answer the reviews that shape the decision
Most people read the last few reviews and the owner's replies before they choose a local business. An unanswered complaint looks like indifference; a calm, specific answer shows that someone is paying attention.
Ratingly keeps every connected platform in one queue, drafts the reply and sends it to you for approval. You spend minutes a week instead of an evening catching up.
- Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Yelp in one place
- Risk flags for health, legal, staff, safety and refunds
- Consistent voice across locations and managers
02
See the pattern, not just the score
The monthly report extracts themes from the reviews you received: what guests mention most, what changed since last month, how quickly you replied and how you compare with nearby businesses.
It keeps computed numbers and themes rather than republishing review content, and it never shows reviewer names in the analysis.
03
What it deliberately does not do
Ratingly does not write or buy reviews, does not filter unhappy customers away from public platforms, and does not promise to remove a bad review. Those tactics break platform rules and usually make a reputation worse.
It also does not hide difficult feedback from you. A one-star review with a health or safety flag is escalated, not softened.
04
For groups and agencies
Multi-location groups get one view across locations with manager roles per site. Agencies can run every client under their own brand, with white-label dashboards and reports and one consolidated bill.
The approval rule stays the same at any size: AI drafts, a person approves, and sensitive reviews never go out on their own.
Can Ratingly remove negative reviews?+
No. Nobody can legitimately guarantee removal. Ratingly helps you answer reviews well and flags reviews that may violate a platform's policy so you can report them through the platform's own process.
Does it monitor reviews in real time?+
Connected platforms are checked regularly and new reviews enter the queue as they arrive. Google monitoring depends on API approval; today Google replies are paste-ready.
Is this only for multi-location businesses?+
No. Single-location businesses use the same workflow. Group reporting, manager roles and white-label reports are available on higher plans.
