How it works

AI drafts. A second check reviews. You approve.

That order never changes. Here is what happens between a customer posting a review and your reply going live.
  1. Step 1 · Every 15 minutes

    We notice every review

Start with a free audit of your latest Google review: paste your Maps link and we draft a reply you can paste. Connect Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Booking.com or Yelp and Ratingly reads each new review as it arrives, noting its language, tone and anything sensitive: health, legal, staff, safety, money.

  2. Step 2 · Within two hours

    A draft in your voice

The reply is written from your voice profile: your words, your sign-off, your house rules. It never invents facts, never offers refunds or discounts in public and never argues with the reviewer.

  3. Step 3 · Every draft

    An independent check

A separate quality check, which never sees how the draft was written, scores it against a strict rubric — accuracy, safety, specificity, voice and platform rules — and sends weak drafts back for a rewrite.

  4. Step 4 · One tap

    You decide

The review and the draft arrive by Telegram or email: Approve, Edit or Skip. You get the finished text to paste into the platform, with a link to the review. Replies to 1–3★ reviews and anything sensitive always wait for you.

  5. Step 5 · On the 1st

    Reports that help

Every month: your rating trend, response rate and speed, what customers keep mentioning, how you compare locally, and three concrete things to do next.

We waited 40 minutes for a table we had booked, and nobody told us why. The fish was excellent once it came.

Draft reply · in your voice

Hi Markus, thank you — and I'm sorry. A 40-minute wait for a booked table isn't the evening we want for anyone, and you should at least have been told why. I've talked it through with the team on the door. Glad the fish made up for some of it. — Lena

Google is paste-ready for now. Until our API access is approved, you get the finished reply to paste, with a link to the review. Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Yelp work the same way for now: we draft the reply and you place it. Nothing is posted automatically.
