Terms of service (summary)

Interim summary. The full terms of service are being finalised with our lawyer and will replace this page.

The service. Ratingly drafts replies to reviews of your business. You approve every reply before it is used, then place it on the platform yourself. Every platform is paste-ready for now: Google Business Profile while our API access is pending, and Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Yelp. Nothing is posted automatically. You remain responsible for replies you post under your business name.

Honest use. You may not use Ratingly to write, buy, gate or suppress reviews, to offer incentives for reviews, or to contact people without consent.

Trial and billing. The 14-day trial needs no card. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Billing.

Platforms. Each review platform has its own rules and may change or withdraw access; we follow their rules and will tell you if a feature changes because of them.

Feedback text messages (SMS terms). Program: Ratingly feedback requests, sent on behalf of the business you visited. You receive at most one text per visit, never more than once in 90 days, asking for feedback with a link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for their marketing.
