AI review management
AI review management software that sounds like you
Ratingly is an AI-assisted review management platform for local businesses. It reads each new review, drafts a specific reply from your voice profile, has a second reviewer check it, and sends it to you to approve. Nothing appears under your business name without your OK.

What review management software should do
Most tools stop at collecting reviews. The hard part is answering them: finding the time, knowing what to say to a difficult review, and keeping the same tone across Google, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor.
Ratingly handles the writing. You start by teaching it how you talk to customers — your sign-off, the phrases you use, what you never say and who may be named. Every draft is written from that profile rather than a generic template.
A separate quality check scores each draft for accuracy, tone, safety and platform rules. It never sees the writer's reasoning, only the review, the draft and your voice profile. Weak drafts go back for a rewrite.
- A specific, checked draft for each new review
- One-tap approval from Telegram, email or the dashboard
- Monthly reports that show what customers keep mentioning

Where it works today
Google Business Profile is paste-ready: start with a free audit of your latest Google review, and use the finished reply wherever you manage your profile. Full Google monitoring opens when our API access is approved, and we say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.
Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and Yelp are monitored, Booking.com is imported, and every reply is drafted for you to paste into the platform. Auto-posting is only ever switched on with a location's explicit consent, and sensitive reviews still wait for a human.
03
Built around your approval, not around volume
Replies to 1–3 star reviews, and anything about health, legal matters, named staff, discrimination, refunds or safety, are never published without you. That rule is part of the product, not a setting buried in an admin panel.
The same honesty applies to the content: Ratingly never writes or buys reviews, never asks for a particular rating, and never routes unhappy customers away from a public review. Everyone gets the same request and the same link.
Does Ratingly post replies automatically?+
Every reply is drafted for you and paste-ready today. Auto-posting is available only where a location has explicitly consented and the platform supports it. Sensitive reviews always require a human decision.
Which review platforms are supported?+
Google Business Profile (paste-ready while API access is pending), Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Yelp. Yelp is monitor-only: we never post there.
How does it learn my voice?+
A short interview captures your tone, sign-off, house rules and the things you would never say. Your edits teach it further, and each business has its own voice profile.
What does it cost?+
From $29 per location per month after a 14-day trial. No card is needed to start. See the pricing page for plans and limits.
Answer your next review in under a minute.
