Google reviews
Google review management, without the blank page
A new Google review can sit unanswered for weeks because nobody knows what to say. Ratingly drafts a calm, specific reply from your voice profile, checks it, and sends it to your phone for approval. You paste it into Google Business Profile and get on with your day.
- Paste-ready replies
- Free audit of your latest review
- Your approval on every reply

What you get for Google reviews
Start with the free reply audit: paste your Google Maps link and we return your rating, review count and a reply to your latest review, written the way Ratingly would write it for you. It is a real sample, not a generic demo.
When you connect your business, every new Google review is classified for language, rating and risk. Positive reviews get a warm, specific draft. Difficult reviews get a more careful one, and always wait for you.
- Google Business Profile replies drafted in your voice
- Health, legal, staff and safety reviews escalated to you
- No public refunds, discounts or arguments
02
Paste-ready while Google API access is pending
Ratingly is waiting for Google Business Profile API approval. Until it arrives, the workflow is deliberately simple: we draft the reply, you approve it, and you paste it into Google. There is no hidden automation and no pretending the integration is live.
The same account already monitors Trustpilot and Tripadvisor, imports Booking.com and monitors Yelp. You get one queue and one voice across platforms, even while Google replies are placed by hand.
03
Why a specific reply matters
Future customers read your replies before they book. A one-line “thanks for your feedback” tells them nobody is listening; a reply that names the dish, the room or the wait time tells them someone is paying attention.
Ratingly never invents details. If the review does not mention a cause, the draft does not invent one. It apologises for how the experience felt without admitting facts it cannot know.
Can Ratingly reply to Google reviews automatically?+
Not yet for most accounts. Google replies are paste-ready while our Business Profile API access is pending. Where a location has consented and API access exists, automatic posting can be enabled, but sensitive reviews still wait for a human.
How do I get the free Google reply audit?+
Paste your Google Maps link on the audit page. We look at the public profile, draft a reply to your latest review and email it to you. No card is needed.
Do you reply to negative Google reviews?+
Yes. Replies to 1–3 star reviews are drafted carefully and always require your approval. They never argue with the reviewer or promise compensation in public.
Is my review data stored in the EU?+
Yes. Ratingly runs on servers in the EU. Google review content is deleted after 30 days, and you can export or delete your data from Settings.
Answer your next review in under a minute.
14 days free, no card. From $29 per location per month after that.
